Covid-19 & Delivery Updates
We strongly believe that design that benefits people and the planet should be the expectation, not the exception. We are carefully monitoring the Covid-19 situation, not just here in New Zealand but across the globe, working hard to keep you up to date, and to make sure that our craftsmen and partners stay safe at each stage of our production cycle.
Our online store is open and our bags are available to purchase. It's at times like these when your support means so much to us, as it means we can continue to help our craftsmen and their families in Bali & India.
Our warehouse and shipping partners are currently still operating at a reduced capacity to follow health and safety guidelines. Please be assured that orders are still being packed and sent in a timely manner. We ask for your support and understanding whilst we do our best to deliver orders as quickly as we can.
If you are in New Zealand you should get your bag in 1-3 working days. We are also still shipping to Australia and to the rest of the world. Once you have received your shipping confirmation and tracking details your order should be with you in 5-7 business days (Australia) and 7-10 days (rest of the world). If you have noticed a delay in your shipment please do email us at email@example.com quoting your order number.
*Please note that we don't ship on New Zealand public holidays.
Ensuring that our craftsmen are able to continue working in a safe healthy environment is of utmost priority. Therefore in both of our workshops in Bali and in India, craftsmen are working at reduced capacity to allow for safe social distancing. We have consistent contact with both workshops to ensure we are doing all that we can to keep empowering them and keep them safe.
